For all you do for your family, the unfortunate fact is that you can't protect them if you or your spouse is disabled or accidentally die without some type of planning. It is hard enough to deal with the suffering when a tragedy comes to a family. The last thing anyone wants is for a family to suffer financially as well. With IDRA's AD&D Insurance, you can safeguard your family and your self from this sort of hardship.
As long as you are an IDRA member under age 70, you are eligible to enroll in this AD&D Plan. Choose the benefit that best suits your needs from $10,000 to $250,000.
MORE ON ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
According to the National Safety Council, every six minutes someone suffers a fatal accident and every two seconds someone suffers a disabling injury. These kind of accidents can cripple a family financially. With IDRA’s Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan, you can inexpensively protect you and your family from this sort of tragedy.
Benefits are paid 100% for:
--Loss of life --Loss of both hands or feet --Loss of entire sight in both eyes --Loss of one hand or one foot --Loss of speech and hearing in both ears --Loss of either one hand or one foot and sight in one eye
Loss of use is also included in the plan. If you suffer total paralysis of a limb or appendage, a portion of your selected benefit amount may be payable. A complete schedule of benefits is provided in the Certificate of Insurance.
Benefits are paid directly to you or your beneficiary and are paid regardless of any other coverage you may have, even if you decide to continue working.
CAN I COVER MY FAMILY? Yes, because accidents claim more than three times as many lives of children ages 5 to 14 than the next leading cause of death. For a minimal extra cost, the Family Plan covers your spouse if under the age of 70 and your children who are full-time students up until the age of 25. Spouses are covered for up to 50% of the chosen benefit and children are covered for up to 15% of the chosen benefit.
Coverage for individual and family plans are guaranteed renewable up to age 75 for you and your spouse, and for children under 21 years of age or 25 years of age if enrolled on a full-time basis in school.
